Recruitment of 2 foreign trade assistants

Job responsibilities:

1. Assist sales personnel in completing various auxiliary tasks during the sales process, including arranging shipment of goods, preparing customs declaration documents, negotiating documents, applying for various certificates of origin, and handling tax refunds.

2. Collect and organize information on overseas industry customers and domestic factories responsible for the products, and provide market research information

3. Responsible for collecting and organizing relevant materials for domestic and international exhibitions

4. Other auxiliary work assigned by the salesperson

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, English, Chemical Engineering, etc., with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to quickly and proficiently write business English letters, and proficient in spoken English

2. Proficient in using computers, familiar with various OFFICE software and related software

3. Excellent overall quality, diligent, responsible, proactive in work, and strong sense of teamwork.

4. Experience in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries is preferred, willing to accept more opportunities and challenges, and willing to take on more responsibilities.

5. Familiar with the overall operational process of the company is preferred.

Recruitment of 1 Administrative Assistant

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the company's office logistics support and assisting the technical department in handling external reception work;

2. Assist employees in recruitment, onboarding, resignation, social security, and provident fund management, and form corresponding files and materials;

3. Responsible for the management and updating of personnel files for all employees, daily attendance for all employees, production and verification of work schedules;

4. Assist department managers in completing the implementation of employee welfare plans and subsequent statistical management work;

5. Complete the management and reporting of special warehouses, and daily inspection and maintenance of safety and environmental protection;

6. Timely edit, write, maintain and update the company's website and official account;

7. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the leader.

Recruitment requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors, proficient in using Office software (WORD/EXCEL/POWPOINT) and at least one drawing software (such as CAD, PHOTOSHOP, etc.)

2. Have strong execution and understanding, and be proactive;

3. Have strong language organization and writing ability, and be good at writing, official account writing and typesetting, short video editing is preferred;

4. Proficient in communication and possess good teamwork skills.
